We use your information to prepare your moving quote and to organize and carry out your move. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We do not use tracking cookies without your consent. If Google Ads conversion measurement is active, it runs only after you accept it via our cookie banner — declining is just as easy, and the site works fully without it.

Hosting

Our website is delivered by Vercel Inc. (USA), and the data you submit through our forms is stored in our order system hosted by Render (USA). Both providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements; where data is transferred to the USA, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Like most websites, our hosting providers also record technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or fulfil our contract with you, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you — just send us an email. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you believe we handle your data unlawfully.
